Have you ever wanted to look better naturally – without the augment of makeup? I know I have. I made a goal awhile back of looking better fresh-faced, straight out of bed.
Improving one’s natural beauty is a multi-step process. For me, a big part of it was improving my health. I saw a TEDTalk that suggested our skin tones become inherently more attractive when we consume more fruits and vegetables. How fascinating is that?
Vitamin intake was also a big part of this process for me. You know how prenatal vitamins are supposed to improve your hair and nails? Well, there’s a reason. Better nutrition = better looks, period. I made a commitment to myself to take a multivitamin with minerals as well as a hair and nails supplement and Vitamin D3 daily.
