Well, yet another lovely celeb has taken a step toward destroying any physical individuality in pursuit of some imaginary ideal. Iggy Azalea has openly admitted to getting a nose job, which we all knew she did anyway because now she looks like the result of one of those facewarping iPhone apps. Of course, we’re in the height of lauding her for her honesty, but let’s not pretend this isn’t still sad news.
Depending on where you’re from, the general opinion of Botox injections varies from absolute disgust to an absolute must. While often lumped in with plastic surgery, Botox injections and similar cosmetic fillers are considerably less dangerous and involve less downtime than going under the knife. It’s during the middle-aged years that adults grow wiser, having learned from their previous mistakes. The middle-aged years is also a time when adults start seeing the results of their food choices. Stomachs may begin to balloon, thighs widen and hips thicken. However, diet isn’t the only culprit. Stress also plays a role in what an adult’s body looks like after she enters her middle years. Exercise is one option to slim down, getting back to earlier sizes. But, it’s not the only option.
