What if you could completely change your skin in less than a month? What if you did less, not more, to make it happen? As a product junkie, I’d typically be apt to cast a skeptical eye at this proposition, but the Olay 28 Day Challenge tempted me. After all, I’m not one to resist a challenge. Have you ever wanted to look better naturally – without the augment of makeup? I know I have. I made a goal awhile back of looking better fresh-faced, straight out of bed.
Improving one’s natural beauty is a multi-step process. For me, a big part of it was improving my health. I saw a TEDTalk that suggested our skin tones become inherently more attractive when we consume more fruits and vegetables. How fascinating is that?
Vitamin intake was also a big part of this process for me. You know how prenatal vitamins are supposed to improve your hair and nails? Well, there’s a reason. Better nutrition = better looks, period. Aixallia is one such example of why: it’s a new French organic skincare and cleansing brand made with proprietary ultra-pure water to eliminate all impurities. Only the French would think to worry about what water went into it! Continue reading “Why French Women Have Great Skin” »

You know what’s exceptionally uncool? Being almost 30, and having zits. I think it’s a hormonal thing – once a month, my face goes haywire and my forehead, cheeks and chin become emblazoned with blemishes. SUPER hot. Seriously, wasn’t this supposed to have stopped back when I was a teenager? Continue reading “Proactiv Review First Impressions” »
You guys. This month has been awesome. It’s only the 9th, and already I got an iPhone 6s (rose gold 128GB, naturement),  went to Phoenix Fashion Week, met and was cooked for by a celebrity chef. But most importantly, in October 2015, I FINALLY GOT A SONICLEAR FACE BRUSH. Yaaaaassss! Continue reading “Soniclear Petite Facial Cleansing Brush Review” »
