Sometimes, they’re concentrated doses of hormones like testosterone, etc., and they end up causing more trouble to the body’s regulatory mechanisms than providing aid. Thus, trusting these “magical” supplements is the last thing you want to do.

Walking and running also keep health conditions in check. For example, if you’re consuming foods loaded with fats and oils, walking and running will help lower your cholesterol levels.
