Paris Fashion Week has brought us some incredible looks, but for some reason I still can’t stop thinking about the Elie Saab Fall 2023 Haute Couture collection. It’s a romantic’s dream. Visions of medieval kings, queens and princesses in a brocade Renaissance fantasy make me want to live in the universe implied capable of existence by this show.

Elie Saab has long been one of my favorite designers, ever since his fab ombre dress on Taylor Swift. These pieces are worthy of a super romantic wedding, and I can confidently say Elie Saab couture makes me yearn for a world where wearing haute couture in our daily lives was possible. (Both financially and logistically.) After all, we’re in the age of romanticizing your life. Wouldn’t these be perfection?
