Making (Beachy) Waves with TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)Done

Do you have any very favorite songs that no one but you has ever heard? One of mine is called “Beautifully Undone”, and I’m not the least bit ashamed to say that I got it from the Degrassi: The Next Generation soundtrack. That snazzy little melody wouldn’t stop playing in my head as I experimented with the new TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)Done line, which works with the current wavy trend that’s sweeping the hair-iverse. Therefore, it begs the question: what’s your wave style?

Walmart wants to help you find the answer. Click over to the TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)Done at Walmart page to take the wave quiz and find your perfect perfectly undone style! (Editor’s note: Walmart has since removed this page, but you can still use the product to beachify your wavy hair. To get the look, just grab the TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)Done Sea Salt Spray at Amazon.)

Personally, I’ve always been a fan of beachy waves. After going from blonde hair to red hair, I felt a little less entitled to them (after all, blondes just look right with beachy waves – cue the balayage/Utah girl style), but I found it’s just as doable with any color of hair, and you don’t even need a curling iron.

Here’s how to style with TRESemme Perfectly Undone:

  1. Wash with Perfectly (un)Done Weightless Silicone-Free Shampoo & Conditioner.
  2. Spritz Perfectly (un)Done Sea Salt Spray (my favorite in the whole line) through your hair.
  3. Define waves with a flat iron – it’s easy, just twist the iron up 90 degrees and hold for a few seconds, then move down the hair shaft.
  4. Loosen & fix waves with Perfectly (un)Done Ultra Brushable Hairspray. Boom, you’re beachy keen!
#PROTIP: For more natural-looking waves, after flat ironing, twist and pin the hair into a low, loose bun. Rawkstar.

I love this style because it’s not just for the beach: you can wear this great-hair-don’t-care look of effortless style anywhere, be it brunch with the gals or a night out with your man. Get the full line of TRESemme Perfectly (Un)Done products, now available at Walmart stores nationwide!
