Real Housewives of New York City star Kristen Taekman has made some unfortunate recent headlines alongside her husband due to his stint on Ashley Madison. With all that mess around, we think Kristen deserves some positive recognition and love for the beautiful, stylish businesswoman she is.

Kristen famously started her own nail polish brand, Pop of Color (available at Ricky’s NYC and pretty affordable at $8 a pop), but she’s got a lot more beauty tips to share too. For example, she’s pretty passionate about eye makeup removal.
“It is so important to properly remove your eye makeup,” Kristen notes. She likes La Prairie, Neutrogena Deep Clean, and Bioderma.
Kristen took some flak for trading in her signature short locks for long extensions at the RHONY reunion show, but no one had any room to besmirch her fab makeup look.
