I have, but I simply called them "vitamins" - anything that helps you get your nutrient levels where they need to be will help hair, skin, nails, teeth, the whole thing. (After all, they ALL have keratin!) A little hyaluronic acid (HA) and collagen never hurt either. (Don't be scared by HA's name, it is very similar to collagen: occurs naturally in your body, holds your cells together, and is mostly gone by the time you're 40.) And with the mixed scientific evidence on whether ANYTHING actually absorbs through your skin (making those $40 serums a big gamble), oral supplements are a much better bet - in my opinion, at least.
