If you’d have asked me a month ago (and some of you did), I’d have said there’s no better long lasting, non-smudgy liquid eyeliner on the market than Kat Von D’s Tattoo Liner Trooper.
Little did I know, things have changed!

In the video, I put Kat Von D Tattoo Liner on one eye and Limelight by Alcone Perfect Eyeliner on the other eye. The Alcone liner impressively lasts just as long, brushes on just as beautifully and precisely, and even though it’s not waterproof, it didn’t migrate or smudge.
Plus, I actually prefer Alcone from a pigmentation standpoint – it really is more black than the Kat Von D liner is.
My friend Jennifer let me try this, because it’s not normally the kind of product I would try – I’m a classic beauty girl who sticks to Sephoras. But this is just too good to miss.
