I first tried Maybelline’s Age Rewind foundation just after I’d turned 22 and was not remotely in need of age-defying makeup. Five years later (yes readers, do the math), even after they added the eraser and the swirl and all that jazz, I’m still in love with the Nude Light #4 as something with nice coverage at the drugstore. I’ve tried far too many filmy Covergirl foundations in the past, so I rarely pick up base at the drugstore, but this one is amazing!
This foundation’s coverage is full and it feels creamy and rich, but blends out neatly without feeling too thick. The bottle is ingenious – its pump tip is by far the best solution to the gloppy foundation rims and overspill of product onto our counters we’ve all experienced. The color is perfect for my skin and blends out every flaw, which is surprising considering I didn’t try it on before I bought it.
Best of all, the finish isn’t matte or mask-like, but instead gives you a dewy, youthful glow. Due to its stickiness, I’d definitely recommend finishing with a powder, but who doesn’t do that with foundation anyway? Bottom line: I’d take this product over the painted-doll look Clinique gives me any day, and at just under half the price, I just might.
The verdict: 10/10!
Great coverage that looks natural – my skin comes out looking how I wish it looked.

Makeup Review: Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Cream Foundation | Sassy Dove
I love that kind of coverage, I wish I had that dewy thick puffy young skin…I am young but my skin has always looked translucent to me. ANyway thanks for this, I will look for it at Walmart later today!
